Key Responsibilities:

• Handle typing and submission of documents for MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation) services.
• Process and manage Sharjah and Dubai visa applications, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Work with GDRFA systems for visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and related services.
• Manage applications under the Work Bundle system, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
• Ensure all documents are accurately typed in English and/or Arabic as required.
• Verify and review documents for completeness before submission to avoid rejections or delays.
• Maintain proper records and documentation of all applications and transactions.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to collect necessary documents and information.
• Track application status and provide updates to clients or management.
• Handle corrections or resubmissions in case of errors or rejected applications.
• Ensure compliance with UAE government regulations and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of all client and company information.
• Provide administrative support and assist in office-related tasks when required.
• Keep updated with changes in government rules, visa processes, and labor laws.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Typist or in a similar administrative role in the UAE.
• Hands-on experience with MOHRE, GDRFA, and Work Bundle systems.
• Experience in handling Sharjah and Dubai visa applications.
• Strong typing skills with high speed and accuracy.
• Good knowledge of government procedures and documentation requirements.
• Ability to handle multiple applications and deadlines efficiently.
• Proficiency in computer applications and typing software.
• Strong attention to detail to avoid errors in documentation.
• Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage workload effectively.
