Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming cargo against delivery documents.
• Store cargo safely and systematically for easy identification and retrieval.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare shipments for timely dispatch.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound warehouse operations efficiently.
• Ensure all shipments are dispatched accurately and on schedule.
• Support crating, palletizing, repacking, and cargo preparation activities.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly.

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
• Perform regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Update inventory reports and warehouse records accurately.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure proper stock rotation and storage procedures.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare warehouse documentation, delivery notes, and shipment records.
• Update inventory data using WMS, ERP systems, or company software.
• Maintain organized filing of warehouse documents.
• Generate inventory and stock movement reports.
• Coordinate documentation with logistics, procurement, and operations teams.
• Maintain confidentiality of company inventory records.

Safety & Housekeeping

• Ensure safe handling of cargo and warehouse materials.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organized storage areas.
• Follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Comply with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines.
• Report damaged goods, equipment issues, or safety hazards promptly.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of warehouse experience.
• Experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence (Mandatory).
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations and cargo handling.
• Strong inventory management and stock control skills.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software is preferred.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Physically fit to perform warehouse-related duties.
