Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders.
• Organize and store inventory systematically for easy identification and retrieval.
• Coordinate picking, packing, dispatch, and delivery of materials.
• Ensure timely movement of inventory to support business operations.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock verification.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure proper stock rotation and storage practices.
• Track slow-moving, damaged, and obsolete inventory.
• Coordinate replenishment activities with the procurement team.

SAP / ERP Operations

• Update inventory transactions accurately in SAP or the company ERP system.
• Generate inventory reports, stock movement reports, and warehouse documentation.
• Ensure all warehouse transactions are recorded promptly.
• Maintain data accuracy within the ERP system.
• Support system improvements and process optimization.
• Coordinate with IT and finance teams regarding inventory records.

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with procurement, sales, logistics, and finance departments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse performance reports.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and recommend operational improvements.
• Support audits by maintaining accurate warehouse documentation.
• Assist management with inventory planning and forecasting.
• Perform additional warehouse-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the automobile spare parts industry.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including reporting and inventory analysis).
• Experience with SAP or any ERP system is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
