Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.

• Oversee inventory management and stock control, ensuring physical stock matches system records at all times.

• Plan and coordinate loading and unloading activities, ensuring materials are handled safely and efficiently.

• Monitor inbound and outbound movements to ensure timely order processing and dispatch.

• Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

• Implement and maintain proper storage methods, labeling, and space utilization.

• Manage, guide, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity and operational targets.

• Allocate daily tasks to warehouse team members and monitor individual and team performance.

• Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory audits to identify discrepancies.

• Investigate stock variances and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

• Coordinate closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure on-time deliveries and smooth workflow.

• Monitor use of warehouse equipment and ensure proper handling and maintenance.

• Maintain accurate records of stock movement, dispatch notes, and warehouse documentation.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports to management.

• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Train new staff on warehouse procedures, safety guidelines, and inventory systems.

• Ensure compliance with SOPs and internal control procedures.

• Manage workload during peak periods and ensure deadlines are met.

• Address operational issues and resolve staff or process-related challenges promptly.

• Perform additional duties assigned by management to support warehouse operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems.

• Proven leadership and team-handling skills with the ability to manage staff effectively.

• Basic computer skills, including Excel and preparation of operational reports.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
