Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage ERP/HR software systems for HR and administrative functions.
• Handle employee relations, addressing queries, concerns, and grievances professionally.
• Support performance management processes and assist in employee evaluations.
• Coordinate internal communication and ensure smooth HR operations across departments.
• Manage general administrative tasks, including office coordination and documentation.
• Assist in organizing company events, engagement programs, and HR initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven UAE experience in HR & Administration roles.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in HR software and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
