Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Administration

• Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases regularly.
• Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and exit formalities.
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee files.
• Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR documents.

Employee Relations

• Support employee engagement and staff welfare initiatives.

• Assist in resolving employee concerns in coordination with the HR Manager.
• Support performance evaluation and appraisal processes.
• Coordinate employee training and development activities.
• Promote compliance with company policies and workplace regulations.

UAE Labour Law & Visa Administration

• Ensure HR practices comply with UAE Labour Law.
• Coordinate visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and labour-related documentation.
• Liaise with PROs and government authorities regarding employment documentation.
• Monitor visa expiry dates and employee document renewals.
• Maintain records of labour cards, Emirates IDs, passports, and employment documents.
• Support compliance with government regulations and company procedures.

Administrative Support

• Prepare HR reports and maintain administrative records.
• Coordinate office administration and document management.
• Organize meetings, employee events, and training sessions.
• Assist in maintaining office supplies and HR documentation.
• Support payroll preparation by maintaining accurate employee records.
• Perform additional HR and administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa processes.
• Experience in employee relations and labour relations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of ERP/HR systems.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
