• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of user account and access management is preferred.
• Understanding of IT security, backups, patching, and endpoint protection.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple support requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional attitude with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
