Accountant Full Time

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant (Accounts Receivable & Payable) to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Tally, Busy and other accounting software, and will be responsible for managing receivables, maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day to day accounting activities, including journal & book keeping entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations for bank, vendor & customers.
• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
• Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients or vendors for timely settlements.
• Prepare, process & verify clients/customer invoices.
• Maintain accurate financial records using Tally, Busy and other accounting tools.
• Prepare monthly Account receivable reports and share with management.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve payment issues.
• Ensure all tasks are completed in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Requirements

1. 5+ years of experience in accounting with focus on accounts receivable & payable
2. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, finance or related field
3. Proven experience in Tally, Busy or any other accounting tool/software
4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and industry best practices
5. Attention to detail and organization skills
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on structured documentation.
