Accountant Full Time

The Accountant position in Dubai with Oskar Group is ideal for professionals seeking corporate accounting, VAT compliance, audit support, and ERP-based finance roles in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts, including general ledger entries, journals, and supporting schedules.

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and supplier payments.

• Record daily financial transactions and ensure proper documentation is maintained.

• Perform bank reconciliations, cash reconciliations, and periodic ledger reviews.

• Prepare monthly financial reports, summaries, and reconciliations for management review.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities in line with accounting standards and internal timelines.

• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

• Assist with audit processes by preparing required schedules and supporting documentation.

• Work closely with internal teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and improve financial processes.

• Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records in both digital and physical formats.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

• High proficiency in MS Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and reconciliations.

• Experience with MS Dynamics is a plus.

• Prior UAE accounting experience is preferred.
