Accountant Full Time

The Accountant position in Dubai at Elite Group Holding is ideal for candidates skilled in corporate accounting, VAT filings, financial statements, audit preparation, and ERP-based accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.

• Perform bank reconciliations, cash reconciliations, and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.

• Verify invoices, supporting documents, and payment requests for accuracy and compliance with company policies.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, providing management with reliable data to support decision-making.

• Support VAT compliance, maintaining records and assisting in the preparation of VAT returns as per UAE regulations.

• Maintain organized financial documentation, both physical and electronic, for audit readiness and easy retrieval.

• Generate reports and summaries for management using accounting software and MS Excel, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

• Monitor expenses, revenues, and operational costs, helping management control expenditures effectively.

• Support internal and external audits by providing required financial information and documentation.

• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies at all times.

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting queries and support smooth financial operations.

• Assist in improving accounting processes and workflows for efficiency and accuracy.

• Handle confidential financial information with integrity and professionalism.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely completion of all accounting tasks.
