Job Description

Collection of cash and cheques from customers.

Arrange to deposit cash and cheques in bank.

Preparing receipts and send payment link to customers.

Assist the Invoicing team of Operations.

Provide SOA as and when needed by invoicing team.

Inform invoicing team on the bounced cheques.

Follow up with customers on outstanding balances.

Initiate the default cases and follow-up with the legal department till the case is closed.

Generate AR Reports from system and distribute to departments after the month end closing.

Staff Accommodation Building (obtain reports, monitor collections, liaise with the leasing agent etc.).

Compliance with AR policies and procedures.

Providing information related to cash collection to management and DP world.
