A professional Accountant in Dubai plays a crucial role in managing financial reporting, corporate accounting systems, VAT compliance, and business financial planning within modern organizations. At Quick Lease Car Rental, accounting professionals support financial operations by maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with UAE corporate tax and accounting regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.

• Record financial transactions including purchases, sales, expenses, and payments.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Manage accounts payable and ensure timely supplier payments.

• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding collections.

• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

• Maintain and update the general ledger with accurate journal entries.

• Prepare VAT calculations and assist with VAT filing requirements.

• Support compliance with UAE Corporate Tax regulations.

• Ensure financial reporting complies with IFRS standards.

• Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review.

• Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation.

• Monitor company expenses and maintain cost control measures.

• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.

• Coordinate with other departments regarding financial matters and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, or M.Com (in progress preferred).

• Minimum 2–5 years of accounting experience.

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting software such as Zoho Books or Odoo.

• Knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and UAE Corporate Tax regulations.

• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
