Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and track customer invoices, payments, and account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy in all financial records.
• Monitor and ensure timely collection of receivables, following up on outstanding payments and maintaining healthy cash flow.
• Maintain detailed accounts receivable (AR) records, including aging reports and customer account status.
• Perform regular account reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare and generate financial reports, including receivable summaries and performance insights.
• Assist in month-end closing processes, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for all financial records and transactions.
• Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries, payment confirmations, and outstanding balances.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, operations, and finance to ensure smooth workflow.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies or errors in coordination with relevant teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial regulations.
• Monitor financial data to identify trends and support decision-making processes.
• Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation.
• Assist in improving processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
• Perform additional ad hoc accounting tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, invoicing, and reconciliation processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or ERP systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
