Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle Accounts Payable processes, including invoice verification, payment processing, and vendor account reconciliation.
• Process subcontractor, supplier, and project-based payments in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and supporting documentation.
• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies when required.
• Monitor vendor accounts and ensure timely settlement of outstanding obligations.
• Prepare and maintain General Ledger entries and account reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure proper accounting treatment of project-related expenses and payments.
• Assist in VAT calculations, filing preparations, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, procurement teams, and vendors regarding financial matters.
• Monitor cash flow requirements and payment schedules.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing required reports and documentation.
• Maintain compliance with company financial policies, accounting standards, and UAE regulations.
• Utilize ERP systems to record, monitor, and report financial transactions.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance financial controls and operational efficiency.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial information.

Requirements

• Male or Female candidates are welcome to apply.
• 3–7 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance roles.
• Experience in a Real Estate Developer, Construction Company, or Audit Firm is mandatory.
• Proven experience handling subcontractor, supplier, and project-based payments.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable procedures and financial controls.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Tally, Zoho, Matrix, HostBooks, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience performing bank reconciliations and vendor account management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
