Junior Accountant – Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.

• Perform bank and account reconciliations under supervision.

• Use Microsoft Excel for accounting schedules, reconciliations, and reports.
• Enter and maintain financial data accurately in Sage 300 ERP.

Junior Accountant – Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting procedures.
• Experience with reconciliations and invoicing.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience using Sage 300 ERP.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple accounting tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Senior Accountant – Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
• Handle account reconciliations and ensure accurate ledger balances.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support budget preparation, monitoring, and financial analysis.
• Ensure accurate accounting treatment of business transactions.
• Manage VAT-related accounting and compliance activities.
• Review financial records and identify discrepancies.
• Provide financial information and analysis to management.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Supervise or guide junior accounting staff when required.
• Maintain accurate financial records using Sage 300 ERP.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable regulations.

Senior Accountant – Requirements
