Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience in a construction or contracting company.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Practical knowledge of AP, AR, General Ledger, and bank reconciliation.
• Construction or project accounting experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of project costs, subcontractor payments, and supplier accounting.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting practices is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
