Accounts Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
• Record daily financial transactions and prepare journal entries.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and expense claims.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain General Ledger accounts and supporting schedules.
• Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting activities.
• Ensure proper filing and organization of financial records.
• Support audit activities by preparing required reports and documentation.
• Assist in VAT-related documentation and financial compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding financial matters.

HR Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases.
• Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and personnel files.
• Support payroll preparation and employee data management.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate employee training and development activities.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide administrative support.
• Support employee engagement programs and company events.
• Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
• Assist with HR reporting and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of work experience in Accounting, Finance, HR Administration, or a similar role.
• Experience handling both accounting and administrative responsibilities is preferred.
• Familiarity with HR processes and employee records management is an advantage.
