Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Welcome customers professionally and provide prompt assistance.
• Handle customer inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.
• Guide customers through available financial services and procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues when required.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction at all times.

Cash Handling & Financial Transactions

• Receive, verify, and process cash transactions accurately.
• Count and balance cash at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Process financial transactions according to company procedures.
• Maintain accuracy while handling large cash volumes.
• Prepare daily transaction summaries and reports.
• Ensure compliance with cash handling and financial control procedures.

Counter Operations

• Maintain organized and efficient counter operations.
• Verify customer documents before processing transactions.
• Record transaction details accurately in the system.
• Ensure all documentation is complete and properly filed.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information.
• Follow company policies and operational procedures.

Administrative Support

• Prepare daily reconciliation reports.
• Update transaction records using company software.
• Coordinate with supervisors regarding operational issues.
• Maintain accurate customer and transaction records.
• Assist in audit preparation by organizing required documents.
• Perform additional administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within an Exchange House environment.
• Strong cash handling and financial transaction management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Good computer literacy and software proficiency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
