KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Enter daily business and operational information accurately into the company’s ERP system.
• Update and maintain customer, supplier, product, inventory, sales, purchase, and other relevant records.
• Verify data received from different departments before entering information into the system.
• Review entered information regularly to identify missing, duplicate, or incorrect data.
• Correct data entry errors promptly according to established procedures.
• Maintain accurate digital records and ensure information remains current.
• Enter invoices, purchase orders, delivery information, stock movements, and other operational documents as required.
• Assist with recording fresh fruits and vegetables-related inventory information, where applicable.
• Update product quantities, item codes, prices, descriptions, and other relevant information in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, sales, finance, and operations teams to obtain missing information.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly data reports.
• Generate basic reports and spreadsheets from ERP or other internal systems.
• Maintain organized electronic files and supporting documentation.
• Cross-check ERP records against physical documents, invoices, delivery notes, and other source documents.
• Support inventory data verification and stock-related record keeping.
• Handle confidential company and customer information responsibly.
• Complete assigned data entry tasks within established deadlines.
• Follow company procedures for data management, documentation, and system access.
• Assist with administrative and reporting tasks when required.
• Report system issues, data discrepancies, or unusual records to the relevant supervisor.
• Support improvements in data accuracy and record-keeping processes.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous data entry or ERP experience is preferred.
• Experience in the Fresh Fruits & Vegetables industry will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of computers and common office applications.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, databases, or inventory management software.
