Document Controller Full Time

• Organise meetings, presentations, and project documentation.
• Support commercial team with contracts and bids.
• Manage office supplies, PPE, and H&S compliance.
• Administer electronic file systems and user access.
• Quality check and manage document workflows.
• Maintain distribution groups and project matrices.
• Ensure RFI and reporting processes run effectively.
• Champion sustainability, advancing net zero carbon transition.

You’ll Need To Have

• Minimum 5 years’ UAE experience with PMC or supervision consultancy.
• Expert in EDMS platforms including Aconex, SharePoint, and MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills with precision in document control.
• Proven knowledge of project workflows, documentation processes, and industry best practice.
