Missions/Main Duties

• Maintain an organized document control system for technical drawings, reports, specifications and project records.
• Ensure that all documents are correctly categorized, stored, and retrievable as per project requirements.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and regulatory bodies for document submissions and approvals.
• Collect and register all technical documents in the company’s system
• Review and update documents for maintenance and quality control
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies for document submissions and approvals
• Maintain both digital and hard copy records as per company procedures
• Follow the submission protocols within the Company’s system as well as with the clients

Profile/Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering or related field

Background

• Minimum 10 years’ experience, with at least 5+ years in document control management, preferably on metro rail or large infrastructure projects.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recording.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
• Ability to manage deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to start immediately. Candidates must be willing to be assigned to Dubai, UAE.
