Job Purpose

• Manage and file documents within the team for multiple projects.
• Archiving and reviewing files and ensuring all team members have access to necessary documentation.

Qualification And Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering or equivalent.
• Preference of 1-2 years of engineering experience as Document Controller.
• Engineering consulting experience would be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Develop computer software skills (Revit, AutoCAD, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Work with in-house Workplace Solutions and Facility Services groups in a collaborative team atmosphere.
• Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients.
• File documents in physical and digital records.
• Revit model coordination. Extract and review the information received in Revit format.
• Extraction Revit based sheets to AutoCAD DWG format and PDF.
• Markup of Scope Elevations and tagging of details in the Revit models.
• Exporting 3d Revit Models to Navisworks format.
• Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems.
• Knowledge of Revit Architecture, AutoCAD Architecture. Experience in multi-floor building modelling a plus.
