Role Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing, tracking, and controlling all project documentation, ensuring accurate distribution, revision control, and archiving in line with project and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming and outgoing project documents, including shop drawings, RFIs, material submittals, method statements, and technical correspondence

• Maintain accurate submission logs, trackers, and document status reports

• Ensure proper revision control, numbering, and document distribution workflows

• Maintain structured electronic and hard-copy filing systems

• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams on documentation requirements

• Operate and maintain EDMS platforms such as Aconex and Asite

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field

• 3–5 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably with a main contractor in the UAE

• Strong understanding of construction document workflows and technical submissions

• Hands-on experience in Aconex is a must

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills

• Immediate joiners are highly preferred
