Executive Communications Full Time

What will I be doing? 

• You will support a wide variety of communications activity including consumer PR, corporate PR and internal communications across Europe, Middle East and Africa.
  
  
  
• Handling incoming media enquiries to the EMEA Press Office, helping to promote and protect Hilton and its more than 900 hotels in EMEA.
• Helping to develop creative storytelling and create engaging content, including videos, infographics and PowerPoint presentations, to inform external and internal audiences.
• Setting up photo and video shoots and managing the audio-visual library.
• Creating content for Hilton Team Members for various channels.
• Supporting event and project management needs for the team, including creation of project plans, and delivering updates to the Communications leadership team.
• Writing and editing media materials for campaigns and announcements.
• Compiling media coverage reports to highlight the team’s work.

Required Qualifications 

• PR / press office experience essential
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Proficiency in social media and content creation, including basic knowledge on how to use graphic design and video editing platforms (e.g. Canva + Vimeo)
• English language (native or bi-lingual) is essential, additional languages (e.g. Arabic or French) would be beneficial
• Additional Requirements: Ability to travel overseas
