Key Accountabilities:

• Issue Tuition Fee Invoices in NetSuite in accordance with approved fee structures.
• Issue Registration, Re-Registration and Application Fee invoices aligned with Admissions
• Issue Other Collection invoices and receipts (Exam Fees, Library books, Sponsorships, Transfer Certificates, etc.) as required.
• Issue and record all third-party invoices for Extra Curricular Activities, Transport, Uniforms, Cafeteria, and Trip Commissions.
• Follow up on outstanding payments for all third-party invoices and maintain updated records.
• Conduct proactive fee follow-up via reminders and calls; manage parent communication and relationships; provide summary reports with remarks to the Principal, School Finance and CO Finance.
• Issue and process fee deductions from staff salary in coordination with HR.
• Issue Student Suspension Letters and monitor suspension status in line with policy and direction from the Cluster Finance Manager.
• File and scan all financial documents including POS receipts, cash documents, and maintain the Daily Cash Report (DCR).
• Raise Budget Transfer Requests in NetSuite as directed by the Cluster Finance Manager or Principal.
• Review ageing Open Purchase Orders and coordinate with respective departments to close ageing Open Purchase Orders (partial or full closure) in a timely manner.
• Record Vendor Bills and Bill Credits (supplier invoices) in NetSuite accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Reconcile Supplier Statements of Account against NetSuite records and resolve discrepancies.
• Record Supply Staff invoices or Expense Claims in NetSuite based on information and documentation provided by HR.
• Prepare and complete Bank Reconciliations on a monthly basis and perform Monthly Sign-Off of Petty Cash, Credit Cards and Bank Reconciliations in accordance with the month-end close schedule.
• Record all Credit Card and Petty Cash expenditure invoices in NetSuite.
• Provide full support for Internal and External Audit requirements, including preparation and timely submission of all required documentation and schedules.

Requirements

Education: Good general accounting and finance education appropriate to the post.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years working in a similar field.

Competencies:

• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Well verse with Accounts Receivable, Payable Management, Month-End Reconciliation & Closing
• Highly organized and ability to work on own initiative and prioritize tasks.
• Experienced in Microsoft packages.
• Good-natured, well-groomed, and courteous.
• A multi-tasker able to support the Management Team with administration.
• Ability to build personal relationships.
• Understand data protection and confidentiality.
• Ability to work to deadlines in a calm and confident manner when under pressure.
