What We’re Looking For

• A Degree in Finance or a related field is preferred, from an Academic Institution or Professional Qualification (ACCA, CIMA or similar).
• A minimum of 5 years of Finance Experience in a Luxury Hotel environment in the International Luxury Hospitality industry.
• Proven track record in Achieving Financial Targets, managing budgets, and implementing cost control measures without compromising on quality and service.
• Sensational Teamwork and Collaboration skills to work effectively within a group and across departments with Fellow ‘FIVERs.’
• Strong commitment to delivering Exceptional Financial Services with Passion.
• Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
• A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensuring every aspect of the Operation is curated to perfection.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensures the Finance Team produces Month-End Closing Reports and all other Essential Management Reports with Exceptional precision and timeliness.
• Guarantees the Balance Sheets accurately reflect FIVE’s Assets and Liabilities, showcasing Financial Stability and Transparency.
• Reviews balance sheets and verifies that Reconciliations are performed with the Highest Level of Accuracy.
• Prepares Detailed and Insightful capital reviews as required by the Financial Controller, contributing to FIVE’s Financial Prowess.
• Works closely with the Financial Controller to provide Comprehensive and Accurate forecasting and budgeting proposals, aligning with FIVE’s World-Class Standards.
• Develops and implements Best Practices for financial accounting and control procedures, constantly Reviewing processes to Maximise efficiency and impact.
• Complies with FIVE’s Policies and Procedures, enhancing performance on the Finance Balanced Scorecard and setting Industry-Leading benchmarks.
• Conducts monthly Finance Update Meetings with the Financial Controller, driving Strategic financial discussions.
• Assists Department Heads in Boosting their Financial Awareness, providing them with Bespoke Financial Information to Optimise their Operations.
