Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Operations

• Welcome patients, visitors, and families in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage daily reception and front desk activities efficiently.
• Handle incoming calls, messages, and general inquiries.
• Provide accurate information regarding clinic services and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Ensure patients receive appropriate assistance upon arrival.

Patient Registration & Support

• Assist patients with registration and required documentation.
• Verify patient information and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate patient appointments and scheduling requirements.
• Guide patients to the appropriate department, nursing staff, or healthcare professional.
• Assist patients and families with general queries.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.

Patient Service & Communication

• Deliver excellent patient care and customer service at every interaction.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and their families.
• Listen carefully to patient concerns and direct them to the appropriate team.
• Handle routine complaints and inquiries professionally.

Healthcare Team Coordination

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive or Receptionist in a healthcare facility.
• Experience in a medical clinic is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and patient-handling abilities.
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and customer service.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with patients, families, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
