KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and update accurate employee records and personnel files.
• Record and monitor employee attendance and leave data.
• Ensure HR information is updated correctly in internal systems and trackers.
• Perform accurate data entry into HR systems, Excel sheets, and other HR databases.
• Maintain organized records of employee information and HR documentation.
• Assist with preparing routine HR reports, employee lists, and administrative documents.
• Post job vacancies for internal hiring through job portals and social media platforms.
• Prepare basic job vacancy content and ensure job advertisements contain accurate information.
• Monitor applications received through job portals, email, and social media.

• Communicate professionally with candidates regarding interview dates, timings, and basic recruitment information.
• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers regularly.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview availability and required information.
• Assist with basic onboarding coordination and HR documentation when required.
• Manage and update company social media pages with job openings, recruitment announcements, and career-related posts.
• Ensure recruitment-related social media content is accurate, professional, and regularly updated.
• Support HR initiatives designed to improve employee engagement and workplace communication.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, internal announcements, and HR events.
• Encourage positive communication and cooperation among employees.
• Respond to routine employee queries and direct complex matters to the appropriate HR personnel.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee, candidate, and company information.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: Fresher – 1 year in HR, recruitment, administration, or a related field.
• Qualification: Any Graduate / HR-related qualification from a recognized institution.
• Basic understanding of HR administration and recruitment processes.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Comfortable using HR systems, spreadsheets, job portals, and social media platforms.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional and positive approach when communicating with candidates and employees.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong willingness to learn HR processes and recruitment practices.
