HR Officer Full Time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment & Employee Lifecycle

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, selection, and joining formalities.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and ensure all required documentation is completed.
• Manage employee offboarding, exit procedures, clearance, and relevant documentation.
• Coordinate probation reviews, confirmations, contract renewals, and employee transfers.
• Maintain accurate records throughout the employee lifecycle.

Visa & Labour Formalities

• Process and coordinate new employee visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Assist with labour-related formalities and documentation through relevant UAE authorities.
• Coordinate with PROs and concerned departments regarding employee visa and labour requirements.
• Maintain records of visa, labour, and employment documentation.
• Monitor document expiry dates and initiate renewals within required timelines.

Attendance, Leave & Payroll

• Maintain accurate employee attendance and leave records.
• Monitor absenteeism, late attendance, overtime, and approved leave.
• Verify employee data and attendance information before monthly payroll processing.
• Coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll.
• Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies related to attendance, leave, deductions, and employee information.
• Maintain confidential payroll and employee records.

Employee Relations & HR Support

• Respond professionally to employee queries, grievances, and HR-related concerns.
• Assist management in handling disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Maintain professional communication and positive employee relationships.
• Support employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Assist employees with HR procedures, policies, benefits, leave, and general employment matters.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure HR practices comply with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE requirements, and company policies.
• Prepare and maintain employment contracts, renewal documents, probation confirmations, and other HR documentation.
• Maintain accurate personnel files and HR databases.
• Prepare HR reports, employee summaries, attendance reports, and other management reports.
• Ensure HR documentation is properly organized and available for audits or inspections when required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a professional organization.
• UAE experience in hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or F&B industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance, and employee relations.
• Working knowledge of MOHRE visa and labour applications, renewals, and cancellations is preferred.
• Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and HRMS.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and effectively with employees and management.
