Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily HR operations and administrative activities within the organization.
• Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and filing systems.
• Handle attendance monitoring, leave management, and employee record updates.
• Support payroll processing and assist with EOSB (End of Service Benefits) computation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and company HR policies.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and joining formalities.
• Prepare HR letters, contracts, warning letters, and other HR-related documents.
• Assist in employee visa, insurance, and labor-related administrative processes when required.
• Coordinate with department managers regarding staffing and manpower requirements.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, attendance, and payroll support.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and updating HR databases.
• Perform additional HR and administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE.
• Previous F&B industry experience is mandatory.
• Knowledge of UAE labor law, payroll support, and EOSB computation.
• Experience in attendance management, recruitment, and HR documentation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
