Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee labor camp operations, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
• Manage room allocation and occupancy records in labor accommodations.
• Coordinate maintenance and resolve issues within labor camps and facilities.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR systems, and documentation.
• Track attendance, leave, and employee movement records.
• Support performance appraisal processes and employee evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and UAE labor laws.
• Coordinate with PRO and external authorities for labor-related matters.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processing, and HR practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
