Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in human resources or a similar HR role.
Solid understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, and compliance.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficient in MS Office applications and HR management systems (HRMS).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees at all levels.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and discretion.
