Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related activities and processes.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining HR databases.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Department Head.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices.
• Experience in handling health insurance, leave management, and employee documentation.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
