Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from identifying vacancies to employee joining.
• Coordinate with department managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Prepare and publish job vacancy advertisements through appropriate channels.
• Review CVs and shortlist suitable candidates according to job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with shortlisted candidates.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
• Assist with employment offers and required joining documentation.
• Ensure recruitment activities are completed efficiently and within required timelines.

Employee Onboarding

• Coordinate the employee onboarding process for new hires.
• Collect and verify required employee documents.
• Prepare joining forms, employee files, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate induction and orientation programs.
• Introduce new employees to company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with relevant departments regarding employee access, equipment, and other joining requirements.
• Ensure onboarding records are complete and properly maintained.

Employee Records & HR Documentation

• Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage physical and electronic personnel files.
• Maintain employment contracts, identification documents, leave records, attendance information, and HR correspondence.
• Ensure employee information is updated whenever changes occur.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
• Ensure HR documents are properly organized and easily accessible.
• Prepare HR letters, certificates, reports, and other documents when required.

Attendance & Leave Management

• Monitor and maintain employee attendance and leave records.
• Track annual leave, sick leave, emergency leave, and other approved absences.
• Coordinate with employees and department supervisors regarding attendance issues.
• Ensure leave records are updated accurately.
• Prepare attendance and leave reports for management when required.
• Assist with resolving attendance discrepancies.
• Ensure employees follow company attendance and leave procedures.

Employee Relations & Support

• Handle routine employee queries and HR-related requests professionally.
• Provide employees with accurate information regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in resolving workplace concerns and escalate sensitive matters when necessary.
• Maintain positive relationships with employees and management.
• Support employee engagement and workplace initiatives.
• Handle employee information with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Promote a respectful and professional working environment.

Training & Development

• Coordinate training and development programs based on organizational requirements.
• Communicate training schedules and requirements to employees.
• Maintain training attendance and completion records.
• Coordinate with external training providers when required.
• Assist in identifying employee development needs.
• Support induction, orientation, and internal learning activities.
• Prepare training-related reports and documentation.

HR Policies & Compliance

• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure HR practices are aligned with company requirements and applicable UAE regulations.
• Maintain awareness of UAE labor law and relevant employment requirements.
• Assist with compliance-related HR documentation.
• Support internal HR audits and inspections.
• Ensure employee records and HR processes remain properly documented.
• Report potential compliance concerns to management.

HR Administration & Reporting

• Prepare regular HR reports and management summaries.
• Maintain recruitment, employee, attendance, leave, and training trackers.
• Use Microsoft Office applications for HR documentation and reporting.
• Update HR software and employee databases accurately.
• Assist with payroll-related HR information when required.
• Coordinate with Finance and Administration departments on employee-related matters.
• Perform other HR duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an HR role, preferably 1–3 years.
• Good knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, and HR operations.
• Knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word and Excel.
• Experience using HR software or HR management systems is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
