Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Hardware & Networking.

• Expertise in Operating Systems installation and troubleshooting.

• Experience with Software & Application Support.

• Good understanding of IT Infrastructure.

• Familiarity with Cybersecurity Basics and system security practices.

• Excellent Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills.

• Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.

• ITI or Diploma in Computer Hardware & Network required.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
