Junior Accountant Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions in accounting software accurately.

• Assist in maintaining general ledger accounts and supporting documentation.

• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Prepare and verify invoices, receipts, and payment entries.

• Assist in bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Assist in preparing basic financial reports and statements.

• Support tax-related documentation and compliance processes.

• Maintain proper filing of financial records and documentation.

• Assist in preparing VAT or other tax returns under supervision.

• Coordinate with senior accountants for audit preparation.

• Update and maintain accounting records in Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

• Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Accounting/Finance (B.Com, MBA-Finance).

• 0–2 years of experience (Freshers welcome).

• Basic knowledge of Taxation and compliance procedures.

• Familiarity with Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, and Excel.

• Detail-oriented and eager to learn.

• Good analytical and numerical skills.

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
