Junior Accountant Full Time

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in accounting principles who is looking to grow their career in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.

The Junior Accountant will assist in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and supporting the finance department with daily accounting functions. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting procedures, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a proactive attitude toward learning and development.

✅ Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Experience: 1–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience

• Accounting Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounting principles, general ledger, and financial reporting

• Software Proficiency: Experience using accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or Dynamics 365 is preferred

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)

  • Ability to prepare journal entries, assist with bank reconciliations, and support monthly closings

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

  • Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks

• Maintain and update financial records and ledgers

• Support the preparation of monthly and year-end financial statements

• Help with accounts payable/receivable and expense tracking

• Assist in audit preparation and tax documentation
