Junior Finance Specialist Full Time

Junior Finance Specialist jobs in Dubai are highly competitive within multinational and industrial corporations. Caterpillar Inc. is seeking motivated professionals with knowledge of ERP finance software, SAP FICO modules, Oracle Financials Cloud, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), IFRS reporting standards, and VAT & corporate tax compliance frameworks. Candidates experienced in budgeting and forecasting software, internal audit coordination, risk management controls, treasury management systems, and financial data analytics tools will support strategic financial operations and regulatory compliance across business units.

What You Will Do

• Review and monitor dealer financial & managerial continuity planning.
• Provide financial analysis and contribute to key dealer financial improvement projects supporting industries, aftermarket and representative.
• Actively contribute to Service & Rental Growth projects supporting dealer & financial modelling
• Support the seasoned Dealer Finance Rep who owns the legal relationship with dealer’s CFOs and management.
• Provide expertise and act as a One Team subject matter expert supporting Distribution Directors /District Managers, Regional and industries teams.
• Advise others on a variety of financial tools, techniques, and approaches.

What Will Put You Forward

• A completed bachelor’s degree in BCom Accounting or a related Finance qualification.
• At minimum a first work experience, ideally in a one of the major global consulting firms

• Confirmed background in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Pricing
• Strong presentations skills, ability to convince others
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are desirable along with the ability to work with a diverse workforce, senior management and dealer executives.
• Analytical and skilled in systems/Microsoft tools.
• Self-Starter, Strong at delivery / execution and can think strategically, ability to perform under pressure on tight deadlines.
• Experience using AI or Generative AI tools to enhance financial analysis, particularly when working with DFRS data or audited financial statements is a Plus.
