Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Development

• Create visual assets for social media, campaigns, in-venue signage, print materials, digital screens, and presentations.
• Assist in developing brand-consistent layouts, illustrations, and design elements for both woo-hoo! and Xstrike, as well as new concepts under Immersive Experiences.
• Design, adapt, and export social media assets for the monthly social media calendars across all Immersive Experiences brands.
• Support with photo retouching, basic video editing, and preparing visual content for multi-channel use.

Brand Support

• Maintain consistency with each brand’s visual identity and tone of voice.
• Adapt existing creative concepts into multiple formats and platforms.
• Assist in building creative libraries including icons, templates, and branded assets.

Production & Execution

• Prepare print-ready files, liaise with vendors when needed, and ensure high-quality output across all materials.
• Support the team with event branding and on-ground visual requirements.
• Assist in mockups, presentations, and internal creative pitches.

Collaboration

• Work closely with the Senior Designer, Marketing, and Operations teams across different brands.
• Ensure smooth coordination within the creative workflow and meet project timelines.

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Bonus: Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, or 3D tools (Blender, Cinema4D).
• Basic understanding of layout, typography, illustration, and color theory.

• 0–2 years of design experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and try new creative techniques.
• A passion for entertainment, experiences, kids’ education, gaming, or storytelling is a major plus.
