What You Will Do:

• Develop various visual assets including digital advertisements, social media graphics, website banners, email templates, infographics, brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.
• Design logos, color palettes, and other visual elements to establish and maintain the brand’s identity across different platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create graphics for advertising and promotional campaigns that align with overall campaign strategy and appeal to the target audience.
• Plan, execute, and provide creative direction for photoshoots and videoshoots for specific marketing campaigns or promotional materials.
• Handle post-production tasks including photo editing and video editing to enhance visual appeal and ensure alignment with brand aesthetics.
• Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and text overlays in videos to enhance visual appeal and reinforce key marketing messages.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in graphic design to ensure innovative and compelling designs.

Required Skills To Be Successful:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and related graphic design software.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, advertising, or communications is preferable.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop).
• Strong skills in Dreamweaver, CSS, HTML, QuarkXpress, and photo editing along with a strong level of numeracy and literacy.
