Key Responsibilities

Logistics Operations

• Assist in coordinating daily logistics and supply chain activities.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, and warehouse teams.
• Track deliveries and update shipment status regularly.
• Support transportation planning and scheduling.
• Ensure smooth movement of goods between warehouses and project locations.

Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Support stock transfers and inventory reconciliation activities.
• Monitor material receipts, storage, and issuance.
• Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and stock audits.
• Report damaged, missing, or excess materials promptly.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain logistics records, delivery notes, and receiving documents.
• Verify shipping documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Generate inventory and logistics reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems.
• Ensure proper documentation of all warehouse and logistics transactions.
• Assist in updating ERP or inventory management systems.

Administrative Support

• Coordinate with procurement, stores, finance, and operations departments.
• Assist the Logistics Manager with daily reporting and administrative tasks.
• Respond to internal logistics inquiries professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality of company records and logistics data.
• Perform additional logistics and administrative duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, or material receiving.
• Fresh diploma graduates with a strong interest in logistics are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
