Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring smooth transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes.
• Manage daily logistics operations, ensuring efficient coordination between warehouse, transport, and delivery teams.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes and vehicle utilization to maximize efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
• Ensure timely distribution of food products across Qatar while maintaining product quality and freshness.
• Monitor and control operational costs, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, storage, and handling standards, maintaining high-quality service levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.
• Track and analyze logistics performance metrics, preparing reports to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Manage and supervise warehouse operations, including inventory control, stock movement, and storage practices.
• Ensure proper fleet management, including vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
• Resolve operational challenges and implement effective problem-solving strategies to avoid delays or disruptions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting systems for logistics activities.
• Lead and motivate the logistics team to achieve organizational goals and performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies related to logistics and transportation.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in FMCG or food distribution.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and transportation management systems.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end logistics processes efficiently.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to handle operational challenges effectively.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player with a dynamic personality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of cost control and operational efficiency strategies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Qatar Driving License.
• Must have a valid Residency Permit (QID).
• Willingness to join immediately is highly preferred.
