Key Responsibilities

• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff, visitors, and management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.
• Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution.
• Handle internal and external delivery of documents and parcels when required.
• Ensure pantry supplies and office consumables are adequately stocked.
• Support office administration with routine tasks and errands.
• Assist in preparing meeting rooms before scheduled meetings.
• Monitor cleanliness standards and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Handle office waste disposal and maintain hygiene standards.
• Support facility management activities as directed by supervisors.

Required Qualifications
