Office Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office, reception, pantry, and meeting rooms.
• Ensure workstations, furniture, and office equipment are clean and well-maintained.
• Keep washrooms and common areas clean and hygienic throughout the day.
• Arrange office furniture and meeting rooms whenever required.
• Monitor office supplies and report shortages to the administration team.
• Ensure a pleasant and organized office environment at all times.

Pantry & Refreshment Services

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees and visitors.
• Keep the pantry clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Wash and arrange cups, glasses, and pantry utensils.
• Monitor pantry inventory and inform supervisors when replenishment is needed.
• Ensure hygiene standards are maintained while handling food and beverages.
• Support meetings by arranging refreshments and necessary supplies.

Administrative Support

• Deliver files, documents, and parcels between departments.
• Assist with photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing documents.
• Organize and maintain office records when required.
• Handle incoming and outgoing courier packages.
• Assist administrative staff with routine office tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling company documents.

General Office Assistance

• Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Assist employees with basic office requirements.
• Support office events, meetings, and company functions.
• Help move office supplies, equipment, and materials when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Previous experience as an Office Boy or Office Assistant is an advantage.
