Key Responsibilities

Driving & Transportation

• Safely transport the employer, family members, or authorized guests to various destinations.
• Plan the most efficient routes to avoid traffic delays and ensure timely arrivals.
• Follow all UAE traffic laws and company safety regulations.
• Drive responsibly while maintaining passenger comfort and safety.
• Be available for scheduled and occasional urgent transportation requirements.
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or personal belongings when required.

Vehicle Maintenance

• Conduct daily inspections of the assigned vehicle before each trip.
• Check fuel, engine oil, coolant, brake fluid, tire pressure, lights, and battery condition.
• Keep the vehicle clean, polished, and well-maintained at all times.
• Arrange regular servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Report mechanical issues or accidents immediately.
• Maintain valid vehicle registration, insurance, and service records.

Administrative Duties

• Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, fuel receipts, and maintenance records.
• Track service schedules and renewal dates for vehicle-related documents.
• Ensure all travel documentation is complete and organized.
• Follow instructions regarding daily schedules and appointments.
• Handle confidential information with complete discretion.
• Perform additional transportation-related duties assigned by the employer.

Professional Conduct

• Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude at all times.
• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of the employer and family members.
• Demonstrate flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a calm, respectful demeanor.
• Represent the employer professionally during all interactions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Personal Driver, preferably for a VIP or private household.
• Valid UAE driving license with an excellent driving record.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai and UAE road networks and traffic regulations.
• Punctual, courteous, well-presented, and highly reliable.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing schedules.
• High level of honesty, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Physically fit and able to assist with luggage when necessary.
• Flexible to work extended hours when required.
