Key Responsibilities

Parts Sales & Business Development

• Achieve assigned monthly and annual parts sales targets for the designated territory.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase parts revenue.
• Manage existing customers and strengthen long-term business relationships.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Abu Dhabi region.
• Generate new leads through customer visits, market research, referrals, and networking.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable heavy machinery parts.
• Promote genuine and appropriate replacement parts based on equipment requirements.
• Follow up consistently with prospective and existing customers to convert opportunities into sales.

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain strong and professional relationships with customers.
• Visit customer locations regularly to understand operational and parts requirements.
• Discuss customer requirements, equipment needs, and upcoming maintenance schedules.
• Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and parts requests.
• Understand customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for appropriate solutions.
• Maintain regular communication with key accounts.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business.
• Build long-term relationships with contractors, equipment owners, workshops, and other industry customers.

Quotations & Order Follow-Up

• Prepare and follow up on quotations, orders, and customer requirements.
• Track quotation status and identify opportunities for conversion.
• Follow up on pending orders and provide customers with accurate updates.
• Monitor lost sales and identify reasons for unsuccessful orders.
• Maintain records of customer quotations, orders, and sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve pricing, availability, and order-related issues.
• Ensure customer requirements are communicated accurately to relevant teams.

Parts Availability & Delivery Coordination

• Coordinate with internal teams regarding parts availability, pricing, back orders, and delivery schedules.
• Check stock availability before confirming customer requirements.
• Follow up on back-ordered and special-order parts.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, procurement, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Keep customers informed about expected delivery dates.
• Resolve delays and availability issues through effective internal coordination.
• Support smooth order fulfillment from quotation through delivery.

Market & Competitor Analysis

• Conduct regular customer and market visits across Abu Dhabi.
• Collect information regarding market demand, competitor pricing, products, and customer preferences.
• Monitor competitor activities and identify potential business opportunities.
• Report market trends and pricing information to management.
• Identify changes in customer requirements and industry conditions.
• Recommend suitable strategies to improve market share and sales performance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of heavy machinery parts and market developments.

Qualification & Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in heavy machinery parts sales.
• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment spare parts and applications.
• Experience in the Abu Dhabi market is highly preferred.
• Dealer-level parts sales experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales and customer relationship management.
• ERP knowledge is preferred.
• Experience with Oracle or SAP will be an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Hindi or Arabic language skills will be preferred.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and commercially focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage an assigned territory.
• Willingness to conduct regular customer and site visits.
