QHSE Officer Full Time

iFM Facilities Management LLC is seeking a qualified and experienced QHSE Officer to ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) standards. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining and improving safety and quality practices across operations, particularly in construction or fit-out works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct QHSE inspections and audits in alignment with company policies and ISO standards.
• Implement and monitor QHSE management systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory and client requirements.
• Identify and assess risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide QHSE training to employees to enhance awareness and compliance.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to QHSE, including reports and audit findings.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure adherence to safety protocols in construction and fit-out projects.

Qualifications:

• Educational Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma (UAE-attested certificate).
• Certifications:
  • NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification (mandatory).
  • ISO Lead Auditor certification (mandatory).
  • OSHAD qualification (advantageous).
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a QHSE Officer in the UAE.
  • At least 2 years of experience in construction or fit-out works.
• Additional Requirements:
  • Valid UAE driving license.
