Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily site activities to ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.

• Investigate accidents or incidents and prepare detailed reports with preventive measures.
• Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company safety standards.
• Monitor work permits and ensure safe execution of high-risk activities.
• Assist in implementing and improving safety policies and procedures.
• Promote a strong safety culture across the organization.
• Conduct emergency drills and ensure preparedness for emergency situations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Safety Officer in construction, industrial, or related environments.
• Strong knowledge of HSE standards, safety regulations, and risk management.
• Certification such as NEBOSH or IOSH is an advantage.
• Excellent observation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and ensure compliance on-site.
• Good reporting and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
