Key Responsibilities:

• Handle material issuance and dispatch processes, ensuring proper documentation and authorization.
• Generate and maintain inventory reports, providing insights to management for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and inventory control standards.
• Monitor slow-moving and obsolete stock, recommending appropriate actions for optimization.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for all store transactions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance store efficiency and inventory management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Executive or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar inventory management tools.
• Experience working in a manufacturing company store or warehouse environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse operations.
• Proven ability to identify and resolve stock discrepancies through root cause analysis.
• Experience in conducting stock audits, cycle counting, and inventory verification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
