Key Responsibilities

Front Office Management

• Manage the front office and reception area, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

• Maintain the visitor log and ensure proper visitor registration procedures.

• Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and other office documents.

• Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation when required.
• Assist with document preparation, photocopying, scanning, and filing.

Office Administration

• Coordinate day-to-day office administration to ensure smooth business operations.
• Maintain employee attendance records accurately and confidentially.
• Manage monthly petty cash transactions and maintain supporting documentation.
• Monitor office supplies and coordinate timely purchasing and replenishment.
• Coordinate office activities, meetings, events, and administrative tasks.
• Ensure office equipment is functioning properly and report maintenance issues.

Customer Service & Coordination

• Respond professionally to customer and employee inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate effective communication.
• Support management with administrative reports and special projects.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information and employee records.
• Perform additional administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Mandatory).
• Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
